ST. AUGUSTINE – The Flagler College women's golf team finished in fourth place after carding a 14-over par 302 after the final round of the 16th annual Flagler Fall Slam, which concluded Tuesday afternoon at the Marsh Creek Country Club (par: 72; 6,062 yards). The Saints shot a 30-over 606 for the 36-hole tournament.  UNC Pembroke finished in 10thwith Columbus State 13thand Lander 16th.

Topping the 18-team field was No. 14 (Golfstat relative ranking) Limestone College with an 11-over 587. They won by a comfortable 16 strokes over Lenoir-Rhyne University (603) thanks to a final round 290, which is the lowest round by a team in the tournament since 2016 when Barry University shot a 286. St. Edward's University (604) finished in third place and Flagler followed in fourth. No. 11 Lee University finished in a tie for fifth place with Seminole State College of Florida at 611.

Reme Cortes of Limestone and Mindi Puangcharoen of Wingate University finished in a tie with an even par 144. Puangcharoen defeated Cortes on the first playoff hole (hole No. 1) with a par. Cortes bogeyed the hole.

Abby Hartsell of Lenoir-Rhyne and Worapitcha Anndit of Seminole State tied for third place at +1. Anndit tied a tournament record with her final round 4-under 68. That vaulted her 23 spots on the leaderboard. Lena Schilowsky of Limestone and Pauline Tainton of Flagler tied for fifth place at +2.

Miranda Greene moved up 25 spots with her 1-over 73 today to finish in a tie for 12th place. She finished with a 7-over 151. Katya King (+9) finished in a tie for 23rd place while Bella Petrone (+12) tied for 40thplace. Kim Jakobs (+14) finished in a tie for 50th place.  

Ella Stromfelt played as an individual and finished with at +22.

Sophomore Maddy Corley carded a 5-over-par 77 on Tuesday to finish among a tie for 29th place as the UNC Pembroke golf team wrapped up the fall portion of its 2018-19 schedule with a 10th place finish. 

Corley (+10) was the top finisher for the Black & Gold, while Casey Burroughs (+11) shared 37th place with two other players after registering a 79 in Tuesday's final round. Freshman Parker Melting (+13) settled into a tie for 45th place in the individual leaderboard, while senior Alexandria Bare (+16) and junior Katy Flax were among a five-way tie for 61st place.

Columbus State carded a team score of 317 on Tuesday to finish with a two-round total of 629.

Anna Meleshkina got the low score on Tuesday again for the Lady Cougars, shooting the same, 4-over par. The junior finished 8-over and tied for 18th for the tournament. Victoria Libaak shot 77 on Tuesday, finishing tied for 40th.

Monica Ruiz Pavon and Jordan Booker both shot 82 on Tuesday, finishing tied for 57th and 70th, respectively.

Selina Budde turned in a round of 83 for the drop score in the final round. Budde tied for 83rd overall.

Lander's Madison Jordan finished tied for 45th to lead all Bearcats, while Caroline Hardee tied for 57th. Hannah Fesperman tied for 66th at the event. 

Playing as an individual, Grace Zoller tied for 83rd and Hannah Stephenson finished 87th. Tatum Warr ended the event in a tie for 90th.
