Runner of the Week: Emmy Lawalin, NGCSU

Lawalin finished third at the Erskine Invitational, her highest finish of the season. She ran the 5k course in 20:51, her second-best 5k this season and was the first Division II runner to cross the line and the first PBC runner. She helped the Lady Saints to a second-place finish in the 15-team event, their best result of the season.
