Freshman of the Week: Brea Hartley, UNC Pembroke

Hartley hit .643 with a 1.000 slugging percentage in four games last week.  The freshman had multiple hits in three of the four games, including a 4-for-5 effort with a home run at Mars Hill.  She drove in another with a 2-for-2 performance with a stolen base and two runs scored in the second game against Chowan; in the opener against Chowan she had a pair of doubles.  She scored five runs on the week.  Hartley is currently fourth in the PBC with a .489 batting average.  She is also fourth in slugging percentage, second in on-base percentage and leads the PBC with eight doubles.
