Hernandez has made a huge impact in his first collegiate season, scoring two of the Saints three goals in a 3-1 win over Francis Marion that secured a first-round home game. The freshman scored the first and last goals for the Saints on Saturday. He received a booming free kick from keeper Rade Tanaskovic and put it home from 13 yards out to open the scoring, then had a chip in the second to close it out. Hernandez leads the team and is tied for eighth in the PBC in goals and is 10th in points.

Stuart Rodgers, UNC Pembroke

England
Rodgers played 192 minutes in two games last week, leading a defense that recorded its seventh shutout of the season and allowed only one goal. The senior played every second into double overtime with Lander, holding the Bearcats to six shots on goal. He then led the Braves to a 1-0 shutout win over Francis Marion, allowing only three shots on goal. Rodgers and the Braves defense lead the PBC with a 0.77 team GAA and have allowed a league-low 13 goals to be scored this season.
