Nov 6, 2007 12 Men's Soccer Players Named Daktronics All-Region 12 PBC men's soccer players have been selected to the Daktronics
All-Southeast Region team as selected by sports information
directors. Seven of those players were named first team and will be
eligible for All-America honors.
PBC players on the first team were Garrett Daum of Lander, Karl
Haggon, Hailab Habtom and Jamal Geathers from Clayton State, UNC
Pembroke's Michael Barnhorst and Miguel Ferrer and USC Aiken's Kofi
Akyere.
The second-team honorees are UNC Pembroke's Thomas Morrow and
Steve Locker, Clayton State's Tonny Madegwa and Marijan Babic and
Francis Marion's Juan Rivas.
Lees-McRae's Berin Boracic was named the Region Player of the
Year.
